A man was shot Wednesday night in the Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side.
The 23-year-old was sitting in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle about 9:40 p.m. in the 6800 block of South Stony Island Avenue when a male walked up and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.
The man was shot in the neck and right ear, police said. He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized.
