Bond was set at $75,000 Friday for a man charged with putting a camera in the bathroom of a Near North Side elementary school bathroom.
Elliott Nott, 41, faces seven counts of unauthorized videotaping and one count of child pornography, according to Chicago Police. He lives in the 4800 block of North Spaulding.
On Sept. 7, he put a motion-activated video camera in a bathroom at Ogden Elementary School, 24 W. Walton St., police allege. Messages with the school’s principal were not immediately returned Friday.
Nott lives in the 4800 block of North Spaulding. A judge ordered him held on a $75,000 bond, and he is due in court again Oct. 12, according to Cook County Circuit Court records.
