The I-80 ramp to northbound Center Street in southwest suburban Joliet will be temporarily closed Thursday.
The closure will take place from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. so workers can patch the pavement, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.
A detour will not be posted, but Route 7 (Larkin Avenue) or Route 53 (Chicago Street) are recommended alternatives, IDOT said.
