UPDATES WITH HOSPITAL INFORMATION
A man was wounded in drive-by shooting Wednesday morning in the Morgan Park neighborhood on the Far South Side.
The 26-year-old victim was in the 10800 block of South Sangamon a few minutes after 11 a.m. when shots were fired from a silver crossover vehicle, according to Chicago Police.
He was shot in the leg and was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said.
The vehicle took off northbound on Halsted.
