UPDATES WITH SITUATION OVER
A police SWAT team responded to a barricade situation at a West Town building that lasted more than five hours Tuesday.
Officers were called about 4:30 p.m. to the 800 block of North Wolcott, where someone refused to come out of an apartment, according to Chicago Police, who did not say why they were initially called.
The situation had concluded by about 10 p.m., police said. Additional details were not immediately available.
