A man is in critical condition after he was shot Sunday afternoon in the Fernwood neighborhood on the Far South Side, police said.
The 19-year-old was shot in the neck at 2:01 p.m. in the 10600 block of South Parnell, according to Chicago Police. He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in critical condition.
No other details about the shooting were immediately available.
