UPDATE WITH FATALITY
A man was fatally shot early Sunday during an argument in the West Side Lawndale neighborhood.
At 1:13 a.m., a 34-year-old man was arguing with someone who fired shots in the 4700 block of West Polk, according to Chicago Police.
The man suffered a gunshot wound to his chest and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was later pronounced dead, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
