Two people were killed and three others were wounded in a shooting Saturday afternoon in the Fernwood neighborhood on the Far South Side, according to Chicago Police.
Five people were shot at 12:39 p.m. in the 100 block of West 105th Street, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a CPD spokesman. Two of them were pronounced dead at the scene, but it was not immediately known how badly the other three were injured.
