A man was seriously wounded in a drive-by shooting Tuesday afternoon in the West Side Austin neighborhood.
The 21-year-old victim was standing outside in the 5500 block of West Quincy about 12:40 p.m. when a silver car pulled up and someone fired shots, according to Chicago Police.
He was shot in the arm and abdomen, and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said.
The car took off after the shooting.
